Details

When downloading an executable file using Nightly ARM64 (via stub installer), any executables that are downloaded (tested with msi and exe) do not appear in the downloads panel of the Library. This is not the case with a JPG that I downloaded similarly (perhaps relevant, that request had a Content-Disposition: attachment. header.
