The option "Play DRM-controlled content" should be synchronized using Firefox Account.
Currently, it doesn't sync when changed.

Instructions for contributors: First, you'll need to build Firefox by following these steps. Next, add the following line to this section in browser/app/profile/firefox.js:
pref("services.sync.prefs.sync.media.eme.enabled", true);
When you're done, commit your change, and push your patch to Phabricator for review!
