The option "Show tab previews in the Windows taskbar" should be synchronized using Firefox Account.
Currently, it doesn't sync when changed.

Thanks! As a workaround, you can add a Boolean pref in about:config with the name services.sync.prefs.sync.browser.taskbar.previews.enable, and set to true. In general, Sync doesn't sync all your prefs, just a subset, but this is an easy one to add.
