Firefox 66 nightly on Windows 10.
STR:
- load https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1521468
- save the attachment from comment #0 to your local disk
- middle click on the attachment URL in bugzilla to open it in a new tab
- the Tab title is "bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachme" and the complete URL+Pid is displayed on hover
- Open the saved attachment via D&D or Ctrl+O in the open tab from step 3
- the Tab title from the local file shows bug1521468.bmoattachents.org and the full bmoattachements.org URL is displayed including a Pid
Expected result:
show the local file path as title
