Bug 1383059 comment 8 suggested marking nsIDOMChromeWindow as non-scriptable, but we can just remove it.

Jorg, there are some uses of nsIDOMChromeWindow in calendar and mail that you may need to deal with.

Boris, could you comment on those mail/ and mailnews/ usages over in bug 1522158. I guess #include "nsIDOMChromeWindow.h" is unused an can be removed.
