Details
PrivateScriptData has some bit fields and this makes it hard to read consts, objects, scopes, resumeOffsets from JIT code.
Ted is fixing this as part of MemShrink work in this area.

Ted, should we just assign this to you then? If so can we add a priority too, since it is on your to do list as part of MemShrink work?
