Details
Due to we don't support WebVR for users on Win 7, and on try-server Win 7 32 Bit machines, we don't have GPU process that makes us have to handle edge cases in our VR module. I would like to disable these web-platform tests on Win 7 as we did in WebVR reftests.

We can refer this, https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/web-platform/meta/2dcontext/drawing-paths-to-the-canvas/drawFocusIfNeeded_001.html.ini#6, to disable our tests.
