Steps to reproduce:

  1. Clicked on a 'mailto:some@email.com' at a website
  2. I chose firefox (developer edition) as default program to 'open with'.
  3. Firefox developer edition entered loop of continuously opening a new tab with 'mailto:some@email.com'

Actual results:
