Steps to reproduce:

Using firefox nightly 67.0a1 (2019-02-05) with webrender enabled

Actual results:

Strange almost high contrast corruption over various parts mostly the tab bar, url bar and bookmarks area but happens in the web page also, hovering over it can cause flickering i've attached one picture you can see both on the imgur link here: https://imgur.com/a/XcqNg1W

Expected results:

All components load normally with no corruption

Very weird. What GPU and driver version do you have? You can find this info in about:support

1080ti driver: 418.81 but it happened on the last driver as well as this one only came out yesterday

i've switched to dx11 atm which is a fix but heres the full about:support

Do you have any non-default settings in the Nvidia control panel?

Nothing non default no, unless you count gsync?

That almost looks like a debugging indicator. Just wondering, does it still happen in a new profile, once you enable WebRender?

Also do you only see the corruption in the UI or is web content corrupted as well?

Thanks for the bug report. I haven't been able to reproduce yet.

Would it be possible to provide a screenshot of what the url bar looks like normally on your system (e.g. in dx11 mode) compared to the buggy screenshots above?

If there's any way you can get a screen recording of the flickering you're seeing in WR mode that might be helpful to diagnose what is happening too.

OK, sorry for the late reply trying to sort out somethings my end.

The issue does occur when in a new profile, there is also corruption noticable in the web display itself, for example sometimes on reddit hovering over the title on the home page will completely remove the title as an object.

This problem my entirely be my end as im having issues outside of FF as well that are leading to me RMA'ing my cpu so if i don't reply for a while that may be why

Demoting to P4 as we don't currently have any evidence that this problem is widespread.
