The current URL is not giving us loadtime. As this domain isn't in our top 200, let's just change the URL to the landing page.

This will involve changing the URL in the [raptor-tp6-microsoft-firefox] and [raptor-tp6-microsoft-chrome] sections of testing/raptor/raptor/tests/raptor-tp6-5.ini (source link) from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/get-windows-10 to https://www.microsoft.com

We'll also need to make a page load recording for the new URL.

Finally, we should experiment with adding "loadtime" to the "measure" and "alert_on" values in the INI sections referenced above.
