Steps to reproduce:
There is a FF browser of 65 version started at Win7
There is a Flash application which save LSO (shared object) with some data at local PC.
Try to run it in 65 version and save some data in LSO
Actual results:
Started from version 65 this application can save nothing.
The situation can be fixed with setting about:config?filter=dom.ipc.plugins.sandbox-level.flash (set it to 0) but this setting is for MAC, not for Win
Expected results:
Expected: Application can save data in LSO
