I tried to add a "See Also" reference to https://experimenter.services.mozilla.com/experiments/webrender-performance-66/ and it was rejected by Bugzilla.

Experimenter is a new MoCo platform for managing experiment review.

It would be useful to be able to link bugs to Experimenter tickets this way.

Can we:

  1. Update the field to recognize the URL pattern for experimenter
  2. Remove the restriction on the see-also field, or
  3. Make the field forgiving of fields it doesn't recognize

Given a growing list of similar requests, the See Also field should accept any URL.
