Steps to reproduce
Preconditions: You need to have installed on your OS a Firefox build without Dedicated Profiles feature.
- Install a Firefox build
- In the Sync section from the "Important News" tab enter an email address and click "Continue"
- A new tab is open
- Go back to "Important News" tab
Expected result
- The "Continue" button can be clicked, the email field can be edited.
Actual result
*The "Continue" button can't be clicked, the email field can't be edited.
Additional notes
- After you refresh the tab everithing works as expected.

So I did this intentionally with the idea that once submitted you shouldn't be able to submit again but maybe that isn't right. Michael, what should we do in this case? Maybe hide the sync section entirely?

I verified this on the latest Nightly 67.0a1 (2019-03-07) with Mac OS X 10.14, Windows 10, Ubuntu 16.04, and I can confirm the fix.
