Details
We currently always create nsDisplayCompositorHitTestInfo items when the frame is positioned or an AGR1.
I think we could sometimes avoid this, and store it in the container item instead. This should work when the frame is a stacking context or if we wrap the contents in nsDisplayWrapList.
