Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable webrender
2. Set a different scale value on secondary monitor
3. Go watch a twitch stream with webrender enabled,(125% on 4K etc)
4. Move the window between the two different monitors

Actual results:

Twitch video flashes green for some seconds while window is being rescaled, with the rescaling taking a relatively long time to finish (some 2-5 seconds) but that could be a cause of having around 10-20 tabs open.

Expected results:

Twitch stream shouldn't flash green nor should dpi scaling take so long.

Actually the green flashing happens even if i move the window between my other 1440p 75hz monitor to 1440p 60hz monitor.

Alexis, can you check to see if you can reproduce this?

I Can't reproduce it anymore but it's possible it still happens in high load scenarios/different windows builds, as i recently clean installed build 1803, and upgraded my computer from 4770k to 2700x i don't have the issue anymore.

Yeah I can't reproduce this. Let's just close this and see if someone else hits it.
