it'd be nice if we could dump out some information about the heap layout to understand fragmentation, particularly during a crash.

Understanding which AllocKinds and Zones have full arenas and which don't etc.

It'd also be good if we could get the memory map of the process and understand why we couldn't get some virtual allocation.
