- Enable Windows High Contrast.
- Open Firefox with a fresh new profile.
- Reach https://edition.cnn.com/2019/02/19/asia/tsai-ing-wen-china-us-interview-intl/index.html.
- Do not interact with the above website.
Expected result
- The video is blocked from autoplaying and a play icon is displayed.
Actual result
- The video is blocked but there is no play icon letting the user know that the video can be started.

This issue occurs with all the high contrast Windows themes.

The play icon would ony show when the tab is in the background.

Hello,
I might have made a mistake when i described the bug. When the high contrast mode is disabled, the play icon(I am referring to the icon that suggests to the user that an interaction with the website/video is required to play the video) is displayed. I added a new screenshot that shows this difference.
