I think these are due to Bug 1433007, I respeonded here:

WORKSFORME because while the change to promotion rate isn't ideal, it's a fair trade for Bug 1433007.

I was concerned about the MINOR_GC_REASON telemetry showing a big rise in the number of idle time collections. Following bug 1433007 we always collect the nursery in idle time when it's smaller than a chunk. You've addressed that in bug 1506761 now though so hopefully the telemetry will return to something like the previous state.

Ah, good point, As it was I meant to land Bug 1506761 sooner than it did. There was also a reason I landed it after, and not before, but I don't remember what that reason was. Oh well, should be better now.
