Steps to reproduce:

History -> Clear recent history -> press button Clear now

Actual results:

The history don't clear ....

In release 65.0 and in the new 65.0.1

I can't open the video file, maybe try re-uploading? Otherwise, please describe the problem a little further. What part is not clearing correctly? How did you check?

I canno't erase my video or comment ?

2. Clear Recent History menu item
3. Clear All History window: time range Today, Browsing & Download History checked, everything else unchecked.
4. Clear Now button.
5. History menu. Items are still listed.

I open FF and surf the internet ...
Now history menu -> Show history ...... I see the windows of history (ok) ... but
I clear the recent history (non-functional) and then again History menu -> Show history ...... I
I don't see the windows of history

I must restar FF to see the windows of history ...

Thanks for this report! Two questions:

• Can you please open the browser console (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Browser_Console) and look for any logging (particularly errors) that happens while you're trying to clear history?

• Does this also reproduce on a clean profile?

I have not particularly errors in browser console and I try with a clean profile but the problema are the same ....

I have this problem with kubuntu 18.04 and FF 65.0.1 but ...
I have another disk with Ubuntu 16.04 and FF 65.0.1 ...

with this second disk I have not problem with history and clean history work ok !

Ok, that sounds like a weird problem with your disk then, I'm not sure we can investigate that at this point.
