User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0
Steps to reproduce:
I tried to clear my browser History. I used ctrl+shift+delete to open it.
*Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
*Firefox Quantum 65.0 (64-bit)
*Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu
*canonical - 1.0
Actual results:
The window is not fully visible the at the first time. However, when I close it and open it the second time, the window is fully visible.
So always the very first time the browser is used this issue happens, So each time I have to close the half window the first time and open it the second time to be able to view the full window.
Expected results:
The window should fully be visible

Hi Ibum, can you run mozregression to find if something broke this or it was always acting this way? See https://mozilla.github.io/mozregression/ for more details on how to use mozregression.
