Steps to reproduce:
In Windows Explorer, right-click an attachable file (photo, spreadsheet, text, etc).
Choose SEND-TO and sub-select MAIL RECIPIENT. (A photo may ask for size.) Then a TB window pops up: "Another app is attempting to send mail using your user profile...". Click OK. (Happens if multiple files selected too.) See attachment.
Actual results:
Since updating to TB 60.5.2, nothing. Clicking OK closes the popup but otherwise nothing appears to happen.
(Symptoms are being newly reported in old closed bug #1339554 also since updating to TB 60.5.2.)
Expected results:
TB opens a standard window to compose a new message with the selected file(s) attached.

Thanks everyone... This issue has been fixed in the TB 60.5.3 public release.
