Steps to reproduce:
Log in to a Stack Exchange site
Move the cursor of over the user points section
Actual results:
You see stars (check the video attached herewith)
Expected results:
Should not see stars

Is this a regression? We're you seeing this before?
I don't think it's a regression.
I was seeing similar effects on the top part of the current tab for a long time.
