With TLS 1.0 and 1.1 being disabled next year, it would be good to provide a warning when sites don't support TLS 1.2.

I suggest using a console warning for the moment and maybe something like:

Warning: 'example.com' does not support TLS 1.2. From March 2020, connections to this site will fail. [Learn more]
