We observe breakage related to the application of cookie restrictions to accounts.google.com in Bug 1531818. In this bug, we will test out fixing this breakage with the new RemoteSettings skip url feature implemented in Bug 1511111.
We plan to add accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin
to the tracking annotations skip url feature via RemoteSettings, verify that it fixes the breakage described in Bug1531818, and later remove the exception.

Setting accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin
does not appear to be supported by urlclassifier.trackingAnnotationSkipURLs
, so we ended up using accounts.google.com
for this test.
This was properly delivered to clients, as confirmed in Bug 1531818 Comment 9.
We have since deleted the rule, but have run into errors during the deletion review process. I will update this bug once we figure those out.

I filed Bug 1538967 and Bug 1538974 to address the issues discovered during this test.
We successfully completed and verified the removal of the accounts.google.com
record.
