(Note that sample code has to read the binary using debugger APIs, whereas we can just directly parse the binary)

In the modules ping, we have the breakpad ID (https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/7c20ad925005fbad7b8e08813115f1ec7fa1c248/toolkit/components/telemetry/core/Telemetry.cpp#810 and https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/tools/profiler/core/shared-libraries-win32.cc#170), which is the debug ID IIRC.
