Steps to reproduce:
Default theme on macOS with the "drag space" option enabled. Happens in 66.0.1 and latest nightly 68.0a1 on macOS 10.14.3.
Actual results:
See screenshot: the first vertical separator on the tab bar to the left of the first tab extends all the way up to the top, unlike the other separators. I believe this is unintentional as it looks similar to bug 1403483 from two years ago.
Expected results:
The first vertical separator should be the same height as the others when drag space enabled.
