Details
This might (or might not) make a meaningful difference in how fast things are being returned from our servers.
If the servers are offering HTTP/2 everywhere, we could consider filing another bug to add telemetry to see whether all of the clients are actually using HTTP/2, and correlate that with what the performance difference is.

I checked, and both the CDN and our servers use HTTP/2.0.
