Note that as long as the software decoder is used, the test cannot be run on integration branches due to the high noise level of the dropped frames.

Bug 1552439 might take a bit longer to fix. As such I might customize the taskcluster jobs to only run the tests on those platforms which are stable enough.
Otherwise this bug has finished now. There is nothing else I can personally do. The health dashboard integration is taken care of by Kyle. Maybe he has a bug which we can reference here.
