Build: 06-21 1.0.0 branch build / WinXP-SimpChinese and Win2k with Java 1.4.0_01 included. Open Java Console window by go to Tools | Web Development in Netscape browser, there are two strings are in English (see a followed screen shot). Similar problem on Traditional Windows 2000, but different string: item p: "Proxy" is in English, but all others are in Chinese. Note: on Japanese windows doesn't has the same problem.

Traditional Chinese windows has similar problem but with different string.

Same problem on jre 1.4.1-beta / WinXP-SC.

This is not a OJI bug, the words "finalization" and "finalze" is displayed as English just because they aren't translated into Chinese in JPI's resource file. Sun 's JPI group should check this file in merlin project: ../ext/plugin/java/src/sun/plugin/resources/Activator_zh_CN.java and the item "console.menu.text.f" in it. change Component to JPI ---------------------Sun China ERI---------------------------------
