User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_4) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/12.1 Safari/605.1.15

Steps to reproduce:

When an addon opens a window, the window is blank until an attempt is made to resize the window, at which point the content appears.

This bug was reported and fixed in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1408446, but the bug was closed before it could be backported to Firefox 60ESR, where the problem still exists.

The fix for bug 1408446 appears to be bug 1357487 which I don't think can be backported. Also, ESR60 is going to be replaced by ESR68 soon anyway.
