I was looking at Bug 1504043 and there appears to be a lot of lock contention within jemalloc during GC. This bug could possibly be filed under JSGC because maybe we could be kinder on jemalloc. (There are some big project ideas to use jemalloc less).

I don't know if this contention is arm64 or all platforms. so it'd be good to investigate that.
