Steps to reproduce:

Build ID 20190412093400 will only display empty white window without any UI upon start. Mozregression pointed to bug 1525183. I am using Think Pad 520 on Windows 10 with Nvidia Optimus (switchable graphics - see below). When using integrated graphics (Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000) firefox works normally. When discrete one is used (NVIDIA Quadro 2000M) problem will occure.
