Steps to reproduce
- Open https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1529992.
- Add
text-shadow: 2px 2px 2px red;tobody. - Scroll down.
Actual result

Body text is wrongly overlapping on the header.
Expected result
They are shown behind the header.
Notes
The issue is not present when WebRender is disabled.
