Details |
Primarily for 68, we don't need v2 personalization, and we should make our nightly as close as possible to release for when we try to ship DS.
We should be turning it off for any non release channels.
Currently it is off in release already.

I have verified that new Nightly 68.0a1 (Build ID 20190423221610) profiles as well as older ones are successfully switched to personalization v1 on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.14, and Arch Linux 4.14.3.
