Pascal, this feature (document splitting) is behind a default-disabled pref so status-firefox68: disabled seems more correct for this bug. There is still a bunch to do before we can enable document splitting by default.

Also please reconsider upliftability for bug 1543356, the glitch that it fixes is very noticeable and would be a regression from current (non-WebRender) release.
