I'll give you administrative credentials for hip macaw, where you can create any users you'd like as well as any vhosts you need. For production, I'm not sure what's the best to give you. We have a pulse username/password pair for each production service, and can share those with you if it's useful. Or we could give you administrative credentials.

OK, let's figure out which creds are appropriate closer to the time we actually spin up prod. They can probably be part of a larger transfer of secrets from your secret management to our sops repo.
