Brief description of the request:

Launch 4 branch confirmation test of Newtab layout candidates (control, basic, candidate 1, candidate 2) that are planned to go out to all release 68 users (for en-US, US)

Note: this test is for getting high resolution tests on usage metrics to understand well the effect those candidates can have on search, and other browser metrics.

Results were shared with the Pocket team, and the data (along with Pocket side analysis data) was used to select layout for the 2 branch confirmation test that was run prior to the FF69 release.
