Currently variant with only cards and no interruption fail to scroll. Also, we can improve with animations and allow dismissing the card set.

I have verified this issue with the latest Firefox Nightly (68.0a1 Build ID - 20190506214617) installed, on Windows 10 x64, Arch Linux and Mac 10.14.4. Now, the elements from the "First Run" page are respecting the information I've found here.
