This first occurred when the certificate issue happened, I thought it may be related but it's now resolved and this issue continues. I'm running 2019-05-06 right now. What's weird is it's not all of them.

Confirmed, the menu items are still there so the text is all that is missing. Given that everything around the two items in question and their sub-menus are intact that the issue might be found in the localization. I'll do some digging and see what I can find.

I think this is more fall out from the menu issues that arose from bug 1500626
|

We replaced the app menu in bug 1546309.
