It would be helpful if Taskcluster recorded who quarantined a host and a short reason.

Background: Android-hardware workers (Bitbar) are long-lived and require manual setup. I can see how this request seems totally unnecessary for short-lived workers.

Brian: should this live in the UI at all? CLI-only?
