Click one of the pages, say the Most Recent Issue. Then scrolling is all jerky.
Netscape 4.78 handles it real fast.

hehe, the author has some guts to to claim the lower page
as HTML4-transitional when it contains a lot of errors.
anyway, this is probably a dupe. The slow scrolling is
probably due to resizing very large images to small
dimensions. Can you download the entire page and edit
its source to verify it (first remove all table code,
test it, then remove the width & height attributes from
the <img>s)?
btw scrolls fine with me

Yes, it's a dupe of bug 86319:
Try "Block images from this server", you'll notice the difference. So the
problem is only due to the GIF images...
