Steps to reproduce:

Opened Debugger, searched for a file (Cmd-P), opened inspector, wanted to search for a file again using Cmd-P

Actual results:

Cmd-P opened the "print dialog" instead of "Go to file" popup

Expected results:

Cmd-P should open the "Go to file" regardless of where I am in Dev Tools
