ARM64 - Windows 10.
Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox
- Go to https://testdrive-archive.azurewebsites.net/Graphics/LookAround/Default.html
- Look around using TOUCH interactions

The orientation should be correctly changed without any visual glitches
Actual Result
Graphical artifacts will be displayed while moving the view around: https://streamable.com/04fkk
Note
Ignore the bad performance - it is due to the screen recording.
- Moving around using the mouse/touchpad does not cause this behavior
- Could not reproduce on a Surface Pro device with Windows 10
Regression-Range
Doesn't seem to be a new regression.
