I am unable to access the www.homedepot.com which shows "Access Denied". Maybe it blocks the traffic from specific countries?
Hi Andrei, is there someone could help to test with the old version of Firefox (maybe 57 or even older) to see if this is a regression or a long existing behavior. Thanks

I have managed to reproduce the described issue (accessed the homedepot website via a USA vpn server) using Firefox 66.0.
This issue seems to be fixed ( in Firefox 69.0a1 and Firefox 68.0b8) by Bug 1379466 - Add override pref to restore legacy non-primary click dispatch on specific domains. r=smaug
Mozregression output:
First good revision: 23ff9cd1a1a43d794dad766662530471b31a121f
Last bad revision: 5c50775a9771c31446f43ae444a0f612a3a571e7
Pushlog:

Marking this as Dupe.
David feel free to reopen this issue if this faulty behavior occurs on newer versions of Firefox ( Firefox beta 68 or Firefox nightly 69).
