Details

When values in the app.manifest are valid but not correct, we want to show errors/hints in the view.

Some examples would be:

  • wrong Icon size (48x48 / 96x96 are good values)
  • compatibility with manifest versions (Firefox just supports version 2)
  • Empty description field
  • Very long name field value (as this is the name of the app displayed on the screen after install)
  • ...
