Steps to reproduce:
The setting: composition/HTML/checkbox 'use paragaph format as default...' in the message body is no saved. This happens since months, I don't remeber the version the bug was introduced.
I do: enter setting; uncheck; save; close Thunderbird. When I reopen Thunderbird the status is CHECKED again and the default body style still 'paraghraph' instead of 'body of message'.
Actual results:
The status unchecked is not saved when Thunderbird is opened again.
Expected results:
The status unchecked should be saved.

Yes, we've seen this many times. The trouble is failure to upgrade the profile. See bug 1489976.
