Prerequisites:
To be able to see the about:welcome page on a version where this is not implemented please go to about:config and set:
identity.fxaccounts.autoconfig.uri to https://accounts.stage.mozaws.net
browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.fxaccounts.endpoint to https://accounts.stage.mozaws.net
Restart the browser.
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch the browser
- Fill in a valid e-mail on the about:welcome page - one that is not verified
- on the Create your Firefox account page fill in both passwords field but without matching them
- after the "Passwords do not match" notification is displayed: delete the input from the second password field
Expected:
- The notification will disappear
- The create form will we resize to it's initial form
- The "View saved logins" footer should adjust it's position for the password field after the form is resized
Actual result:
The "View saved logins" footer is not re-positioned correctly for the password field

This is a Firefox issue rather than an FxA issue, bumping the component to Toolkit -> Password Manager and cc'ing :MattN

This isn't ideal but I don't think it's a blocker for the trailhead release.
