Fennec betas and nightlies will be shipping off ESR68[1], and in order to avoid issues, we plan to start shipping them off that repository before the All-Hands, thus we require the ESR68 branch earlier than usual[2].

Could you please clone the default branch[3] of mozilla-beta to releases/mozilla-esr68? We will need it in the middle of next week.

We plan to keep it in sync with mozilla-beta through periodic merges until merge day.

The repo was cloned and replicated earlier today, this commit
makes the repo available on hgmo.

So we can clone the new ESR fast in automation and elsewhere.

Depends on D33371

Unified includes all relevant commits in various Firefox
repositories, and thus should include ESR68.

Depends on D33372

This commit adds ESR68 to all the required locations
in mozautomation.

Depends on D33373

We will need to have a copy of ESR68 on the mirrors, and thus
it need to be added to the mirror replication rules.
