Steps to reproduce:

After updating to 67.0 (64-bit) when starting Firefox, the bookmark toolbar is automatically hidden regardless of the state of that menu option. Toggling that menu option has no effect. This behavior persists even after rebooting.

Actual results:

Bookmark menu remains hidden

Expected results:

Bookmark menu should be displayed
