Currently when RFP is enabled to cause new windows to be a certain maximum size or resolution multiple. The resolution multiple is 200x100. I think we should change that multiple to match our stepped ranges for letterboxing.
I think for this we need to edit nsContentUtils::CalcRoundedWindowSizeForResistingFingerprinting and nsXULWindow::ForceRoundedDimensions() but I'm not sure if that's everything...
